The Wall Difference
Registered Nurse Care Managers
Our residential and community-based services support team includes registered nurses who provide medical guidance.
Our Nurses
A Resource for Best Practice Health Management
Regional RN Care Managers act as trusted consultants, offering medical expertise, training, and quality oversight to their regions. Working closely with staff, families, and individual advocates, they provide protocol development; quality assurance reviews; various nurse-delegated competency trainings; and skilled medical support, guidance, and collaboration to strengthen every service.
RN Care Managers
Expertise, Advocacy, and Education
RN Care Managers are advocates for optimum care and medical interventions, both for specific individuals and through protocol development on a system-wide level. They support program management’s understanding of health management and ensure standards of care based on the current best practices in medicine. All Wall medical trainings are led by registered nurses.
