Community Options Admissions Process
Our signature matching process pairs individuals and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) carefully.
Our team meets with you to learn your needs, likes/dislikes, and desired supports. When needed, we help identify the right service model. With family and Support Coordinator input, we determine recommended hours and timelines. Staff are hired for your service and a meet-and-greet confirms whether the match is right.
Our Team
Regional Coordinators and specially trained program staff find your match.
A hyper-local focus ensures we connect you with the right service in your area. Leadership stays aware of statewide staff and service availability to support ideal matching. Admissions are handled by senior program staff who know our DSPs and the individuals well, enabling thoughtful peer grouping and long-term match success.Â

Why Wall?
Community-based services done right.
We care deeply about giving you the meaningful experiences you deserve.
Meaning & Intention
We are extremely careful to create services that match your expectations. Every experience is designed with intention so supports feel meaningful and personalized. We do not simply fill services. We match individuals with DSPs and peer groups in ways that support long-term success.
Peace of Mind
Families have peace of mind knowing we are teaching meaningful skills and creating fun, rewarding routines. Qualified Program Management staff review each service regularly. In-person visits by Program Management happen at least quarterly for all Community Options services, with monthly visits for Supported Living and In Home. Our staff partners closely with families, Case Managers/Support Coordinators, and other service providers to ensure the success of the individual in the service.
Consistency & Quality
Our DSPs are professionals who receive ongoing intensive training tailored to the needs of the individuals they support. They are well-equipped to support a variety of needs. Consistent supervision and real-time feedback from program leadership help staff grow their skills. We hire warm, compassionate people who respect the individuals we serve.
Transparent, Thorough Communication
Wall Residences documentation and support is complete, accurate, and timely.
Detailed quarterly reports to Support Coordinators and authorized representatives/legal guardians ensure everyone stays informed. If critical incidents arise, the Quality Assurance Team and Regional Coordinators are available to help DSPs at any time.
