Both have extensive experience in the mental health field and share a dedication to community outreach and providing a safe, supportive environment where individuals can thrive.

Xavier Heath is a Qualified Mental Health Professional with experience in group homes, crisis programs, reentry services, and community outreach. David brings years of experience in mental health skill‑building, crisis services, and caregiving, including four years supporting his grandmother with dementia. Together, they combine compassion, professional knowledge, and a commitment to empowering individuals through stability, skill development, and meaningful connection.
