About the Provider

Selena has been a Sponsored Residential Provider with Wall Residences since 2021. Her experience includes caring for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and individuals who use non-verbal means to communicate. Additionally, Selena and her husband served as foster parents for over 9 years. Selena brings both professional and personal experience to this role. She has been a full-time caregiver for several young men with a variety of needs. She is trained in CPR/First Aid, medication administration, and crisis intervention.

Although there are no additional people residing in this home, Selena's husband is a provider with Wall Residences in a home located across the street where the three young men are supported. Due to the proximity and the relationship between providers, this may offer additional socialization opportunities as desired. She has a large family who often gets together to celebrate special occasions and take family vacations.

She is a compassionate and experienced provider with years of experience providing dedicated care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her goal is to create a safe, stable, and supportive home where individuals can thrive and reach their fullest potential.
