Marcella has over 30 years of experience providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has worked with various agencies and is known for her excellent rapport with both supervisors and the individuals she serves. Marcella brings a positive, upbeat, and welcoming approach to service delivery. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs as well as physical needs including g-tube care.
Outside of work Marcella enjoys cooking, gardening, and canning. Her hobbies include raising chickens and rabbits, growing herbs, and creating natural remedies. She actively facilitates participation in community activities based on the interests and requests of those she serves.
