About the Provider
Jeff and Sarah McLane are passionate residential providers and enjoy working with others. They are a well-balanced team bringing a combination of extroverted edge and introverted calm. Jeff has several years of paramedic and medical experience and has a true drive to help others. His easygoing and patient demeanor enables him to manage a variety of emergency situations while maintaining his composure. Sarah has always been gifted in working with the public and was introduced to the world of caring for individuals in need of services when her grandmother declined with late-stage dementia. She became her live-in caregiver for over four years and eventually transitioned into the role of hospice DSP.
With their combined personalities and experiences, the McLanes can provide a fun, stable, warm, caring, and structured environment for those in their care. Sarah also hails from a family of chefs and restaurateurs and can cook just about anything.
About the Home
Their house in Boonsboro has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It is in close proximity to many restaurants, trails, parks, and local amenities while still maintaining a quiet neighborhood feel. The century year old home is newly renovated while maintaining the classic bones and boasts several porches and a large patio for lots of peaceful outdoor sitting and enjoyment.
