Jayda is a dedicated and experienced DSP with a long history of assisting individuals with diverse support needs. She has been actively involved in the Special Olympics program for several years and currently serves as the lead DSP at a local Day Support Center. In addition, she has worked in sponsored residential homes and holds an associate degree in Human Services. Her extensive experience has equipped her with a strong skill set focused on promoting independence, inclusion, and community engagement for the individuals she supports. Jayda shares her home with her fiancĂ© Matthew, who will serve as a backup worker for the home.
