About the group home

The Everette Group Home is staffed around the clock, typically with two staff on duty during daytime hours and two staff overnight. Staffing patterns vary based on individual needs such as medical appointments or special events. All staff have the necessary training in First Aid/CPR, Crisis Management, and Medication Administration Training. The staff take pride in meeting each person where they are on a day-to-day basis and throughout the entire length of an individual’s residency at the home. They are understanding, patient, and compassionate when helping someone through medical or other challenges, with a focus on empathy, environmental adjustment, consistent responses, and addressing underlying factors.

About the Home

Everette is a five bedroom, five bathroom home located in Fredericksburg. The home has a large front and backyard, a finished basement with one bedroom and a kitchenette, and a spacious deck for outdoor gatherings and enjoyment. This group home is newly renovated with hardwood floors and a fully accessible bathroom located in the basement. Two of the bedrooms located upstairs have private bathrooms.
