About the Provider

Dylan has been a provider with Wall since 2016 and brings extensive experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. He was raised in two homes where services were provided, one sponsored residential setting and one group home, and later worked for five years as a DSP at the Southwest Virginia Training Center. Dylan and the three gentlemen he currently supports enjoy a wide range of activities, including shopping, bowling, putt‑putt, dining out, spending time outdoors, and attending social events such as dances, parades, and festivals. They also participate in a Men’s Group that meets in the community for activities and take vacations together. Dylan has a wife and two daughters who live in a separate home but are very involved with the group home and have close relationships with the individuals being supported.

Dylan and his staff provide individualized services to meet the desires of each person living in the home. Dylan's home is well-organized, family-oriented, and promotes person-centered care. His goal is to always be inventive, creative, and accommodating. Dylan and his staff have developed special bonds with those who currently reside at Apple Ridge and hope to expand those same relationships with another individual.
