About the Provider
Chris and Tawanda have nearly 20 years of combined experience in human services. Both have worked as Certified Nursing Assistants and Qualified Mental Health Paraprofessionals, supporting individuals with mental health needs, including those with intellectual or developmental disabilities, in building independence through daily living skills. Tawanda currently works as a Service Facilitator, creating and overseeing the plan of care for individuals receiving consumer-directed attendant care and respite care. Together, they are compassionate, energetic, and committed to helping others live as independently and confidently as possible.
Outside of work, Chris and Tawanda enjoy spending time together walking, biking, relaxing outdoors, playing games, and participating in their church community. Tawanda enjoys reading, music, meditation, nature, and educational programming, while Chris loves sports, cooking for loved ones, meditating, and playing family games. Both are known for their positive outlook, sense of humor, and ability to make others feel comfortable and supported.

Their single‑family, two‑story home is warmly decorated and designed for comfort and accessibility. The first floor features an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, dining and living areas, office space, and a half bath. Bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with a shared full hallway bathroom. The finished basement includes a theater room, a guest bedroom, and a full bathroom. The home is shared with their daughter and can comfortably support up to two additional individuals.
