Meeting your needs with the highest quality service is our purpose. Our signature matching process ensures we are never just filling a bed or a spot in a service… we are finding the right support for you.
Two Processes, One Goal
For both residential and community-based services, we look at the likes and dislikes, personality, and needs of the referred individual and the Direct Support Professional (DSP) or Provider. We make sure the caregiver has the skills and resources to properly provide for the support needs identified.
Residential Services
Our residential admissions are served by a statewide team of dedicated Admissions Coordinators, whose job is matching referred individuals with the home and Provider. Our goal is to meet your needs so you can thrive as you live your best life.
Community Options Services
For our variety of community-based services, specially trained regional staff provide leadership and handle the matching of referrals to services. With intense knowledge of local services and frontline staff, they guide the pairing of individuals with DSPs and oversee hiring of new DSPs for specific services.Â
Waivers
The first step in receiving services is to obtain a waiver through your local Community Service Board.
